This a phenomenal space. It’s a converted commercial space with 18 foot ceilings with an industrial feel at roomy 2550 square feet. It’s a very open floor plan with two bathrooms. It’s furnished with vintage furniture and art.
Kitchen is commercial grade with a six burner Imperial Stove and Viking Hood. The kitchen has everything you might need to cook up a storm. There is a barbecue and Traeger pellet stove if you desire to cook outdoors.
The featured Master Bedroom is located upstairs with a king-size memory foam bed. The Master Bathroom upstairs features a large steam shower that accommodates at least two guests. The bedroom downstairs has a queen bed. The bathroom downstairs has a massive concrete tub and shower.
You won’t find a more unique modern place near the city center. The large outdoor landscaped area with gas fireplace, pergola, gardens, and seating area will be sure to entertain your group no matter what the size.
Guests have private access to the front house, back house, front yard, backyard, and side lot with pergola and fire pit.

Pets are prohibited. There is a strict noise ordinance from 10PM-8AM. While we are cannabis-friendly, there is absolutely no tobacco consumption permitted on the property.
